The customer covers the cost of returning the DOA product to the address indicated by Vista Technologies. Vista Technologies covers the cost of shipping the replacement.

Once the defective product has been received and verified, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost or a full refund will be issued, according to the customer's preference and product availability.

7.3 General Conditions

All return or warranty processes must follow the steps described above. Any product returned without prior authorisation or without an RMA number will not be accepted.
