Vista Technologies LLC, as the controller of the personal information collected through its website, digital forms, social media and service channels, and in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other applicable regulations, adopts this Personal Data Processing Policy, which sets out the purposes, rights and procedures related to the collection, storage, use, circulation and deletion of personal data.

Vista Tech may collect, store and process the following information:

First and last names
Email address
Phone or mobile number
Company name or job title
Mailing address
Technical or browsing information (IP address, cookies, behaviour on the website)

Purposes of processing

The personal data collected will be used for the following purposes:

Managing requests, quotations, purchases or services requested by users.
Sending technical, commercial, advertising or promotional information related to Vista Tech products and services.
Providing access to platforms, technical support and updates.
Meeting contractual or legal obligations arising from the relationship with customers, suppliers and partners.

To revoke the authorisation and/or request deletion of the data when the legal principles, rights and guarantees are not respected.
To access, free of charge, their personal data that has been processed.

Procedure to exercise these rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights by sending a written request through the following channels:

The maximum response time is 15 business days from the date the request is received.

Duration of processing

Personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or while a contractual or commercial relationship with the data subject exists. Once those purposes have been fulfilled, the data may be kept for the period set by law or by Vista Tech's internal information retention policies.

Information security

Vista Tech applies technical, human and administrative measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal information, preventing its loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorised access. However, no system is completely infallible and the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Changes to this policy

Vista Tech reserves the right to modify this Processing Policy at any time. Any change will be announced on the website www.vistatech.tech, in the “Privacy Policy” section.

Effective date

This Policy takes effect from its publication and remains in force for as long as the company processes personal data.
